We do not guarantee specific outcomes, credit score increases, or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results vary based on individual circumstances.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Fees for our services will be clearly communicated to you before any work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing agreements.
Credit repair results depend on many factors outside of our control, including the accuracy of information on your credit report and the responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, score improvements, or timelines.
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your contract with us within three (3) business days from the date you signed the contract, without charge.
All content on the Resolve Credit website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Resolve Credit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resolve Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver. You and Resolve Credit agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or take part in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine the claims of more than one person.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
